Anyone know that recipe? They were served at some restraunts around the area maybe in the 50's or 60's. My mom used to make them and I can't find her recipe. I think they had lemon and caraway.

1/2 savoy cabbage cut in chunks, parboil in
1 tbsp butter
1/2 cup sweet white wine
add 1/2 lemon zest and
1 tsp caraway seed
~ 30 min - 1 hour, maybe add more wine if necessary.

Add 1/4 c shake cheese

Let most all liquid cook out before serving.

My Aunt Bets served this all the time
