Being that Gerard Zeller let his son drive his car and his car cut off Kyle Bradly's car, perhaps he will have to defend himself too.
Seems to me that when you let someone drive your car you set yourself up for legal problems. Especially if that person has a less than good
driving record. There is one question , where was the Green Mercury SUV taken the night of the death of Steven Bacon? Does anyone now? Did it really take 6 days for the police to inspect it? Why?

On 15 September 2007, a 250-pound bear wandered onto Rainbow Bridge on Old Highway 40 near Donner Summit in the Lake Tahoe, California, area of the Sierra Nevada mountain range. Apparently frightened by approaching automobile traffic, the large bruin went over the railing, then caught a ledge and pulled itself onto a concrete girder beneath the 80-foot-high bridge.

Animal control officials initially left the bear alone, undecided about what action they could take to help it out of its predicament. But when they found the bear asleep on the ledge the following morning, they enacted a plan and rescued it. A true story on the Internet. On March 22nd 17 year old Steven Bacon was stricken down on his bicycle and at least 4 people knew that a human being was injured on the side of the road. No one called 911. Isn't interesting that we can feel uplifted by society spending countless thousands of dollars and risking human life to save such a beast. And yet society does not appear show and disdain or disgust for 3 or 4 people who knew young Steven Bacon was seriously hurt or worse on the side of the road and did nothing?
Am I missing something? Are we going to elect one of the 4 people who knew 17 year old Steven Bacon was going to die and did nothing to save him? Yes Kyle Bradley will do some time for leaving the scene of a accident. But what about the others, including a "prominent attorney" who did nothing? By law the other three are free and clear except in the eyes of
God. And if Tina Pickett get's "Steven's Law" passed others will have to care more about injured people than they do now!
interesting issue

since Bradley has such an outstanding driving record, I am leaving out the drug issues he has had in the past that daddy has taken care of with the courts, I think he should be beaten with a stick, dragged through the river and left in the woods for a week! if he survives he should be shot.

How many times does this happen in the US?! This happens all the time and for people to sit here and try to pull a "Steven's Law" out of no where because the parents didn't know that their child was missing for how many days and decided "oh, boo hoo on me and lets make ourselves public and get sympothy" for all the wrong reasons! It personally makes me sick. Not guilty ring a bell, that was with ALL the evidence and ALL of the witnesses, lets get real here, more than one person was at fault and only one person did the right thing. Kyle didn't have to call the police or contact anyone, ok be got an attorney, who wouldnt?!!

I hope that Tina Pickett looks right ovr this so called "law"

Hon. Steven W. Cappelli
160 Williamsport Building

Williamsport, PA 17701

Dear Representative Cappelli,
I am writing you , as you may be my next State Senator. I want to know your stand on creating a law which would make anyone in a car involved in a hit and run responsible for the authorities for help. Thus far only the driver has any obligation to do anything! MAD is very interested in this
cause. Unfortunately, Sen. Madigan would not touch it and Rep Baker and Pickett have cold feet. To me the death of Steven Bacon has demonstrated the need to change the current laws. Such a law should be called Steven's Law. The time has come to demand that citizens demonstrate
good citizenship and concern for our fellow beings.
It should be inexcusable for anyone to leave an injured person with out assisting, especially if those people are in the car that caused
the injury. I hope that as a candidate to replace Senator Madigan that you will address this issue.
Sincerely,
Joseph DuPont

My brother was killed by a hit-and-run driver.... At least 2 cars hit him in small town Blairsville, PA. How can people have such little respect for human life?

What has society become to not try to help another human being from death?????? I am disgusted that people have no conscience. They hit a person with their car and continue on as if they had hit a rodent! OR they see someone dying and they do not do anything about it??????? These people are jsut as guilty as the ones who hit the person!
