there should be such a thing as rehabilitation. Punishment should not extend beyond the prison sentence.
Particularly violent sex offenders should never be released... men caught urinating in public.. their inclusion on lists such as these makes me sick.

This is the ONLY solution, but hopefully near a caging facility, a jail.
