Release outrages victim of Vacaville abduction, rape

Almost 19 years ago in Vacaville, a 6-year-old girl in foster care was kidnapped from her new home, bound and gagged with duct tape, raped and then abandoned in freezing temperatures in a rural field.

No, I'm right there with you. What about spending a month to stake out someone, only to arrest them for $400 worth of meth? That money could go on keeping pervs like this in prison, where they belong. He will be REQUIRED to register as a sex offender, but whether he actually will or not is a whole other question.

Obviously you have never had a child addicted to meth and saw firsthand the disintegration of a family until the child recovered from the addiction.....I am for any drug dealer removed from society and the longer the sentence the better for all of us.

I am continually appalled at our justice system. To let this animal out on parole disgusts me. May I remind everyone of the parole that was given to Jaycee Lee's abductor. You know he will do something like this again if he gets the chance. And those anklet things do not give me any assurance.
