They need to change the laws. No rapist shall go free, ever! I hope someone ensures this savage never does this again.

It's unfortunate that piece of human waste didn't receive prison justice for harming that poor child, he must have been in protective custody. I wish I would have been one of the guards, since I am sure he would have accidentally fell off of the roof. He should be rotting under the earth not preparing for release. We need to increase the penalty for sick, sick crimes such as this. This is really sickening. Any person capable of raping a 6 year old child should not be among the living. I wish the victim the best and hope that she can find the peace that she deserves.

Isn't the Phillip Garrido story enough to make it clear that child rapists should never be released?

The guard's duty is to ensure the inmate receives the sentence given him, justly. Extra-judicial punishment is not one of the principles the founders of our country embraced.

Maybe the Parole Board members should be required to provide community service for those they release, in this case, let this person babysit their children.

Relase this guy to the city of Vallejo. Vallejo seems to be a dumping ground for criminals. The city does not care about the safety of it's citiznens, so what the heck, let the molester feed off of Vallejo.

No cops, this should be a feeding freenzy.

The kidnapping and rape must not have been too serious or they wouldn't be letting him out early. C'mon people- are you implying the great government of California doesn't look out for the citizenry?

Whoa man! Please choose a different handle. "lol" is my name and I don't want people thinking I'm a liberal. I'm all for extra-judicial justice.

I even invoked your messiah US-Founder figures and you still call me liberal.

extra-judicial punishment cannot be justified; however, it may be deserved. The point being, no one wants to hire a prison guard who does not perform his assigned duties, and his assigned duties only.

Raping anyone and a 6 year old they should have shot him on the spot. Remember Singelton he raped a young girl then cut her arms off. Well they let that piece of crap out and he went to Florida and raped again but he didn't get out of there alive.

How is this right?

You grow weed and you get 20yrs.

You rape kidnap a little girl and you get 30yrs.

You are released in 19yrs after raping and kidnapping a little girl.

Not only that you get released in the SAME area where you kidnapped and raped the little girl!!

Wow!!

Keep voting democrat; THAT is where these filthy creeps get aid and comfort in the guise of sympathetic low-ya's, lack of a death penalty that is carried out, and worthless slaps on the wrists. This guy should have been executed. Perhaps someone will do us all a favor some day soon.

Daily Horoscope for December 5

Taurus

This is a day for turning your attention to your finances, especially if you're currently working on the budget for domestic improvements or changes. Talk to the other people concerned and really listen to what they're saying. They'll have some great insights. It will be far more productive to work as a harmonious team rather than as warring factions.
