Kristine has been taking care of my taxes for a while and I like many others got audited for 2005. She closed the doors and reopened and now is helping me get my money back from the evil IRS. Just so everyone knows this did not only happen at k&N Tax pros but at other offices to. It happened to my brother in law with a guy that he had been using for over 10 years and that guy basicaly did the same as she did and closed his doors because the IRS made his life and the lives of his clients miserable.By the way I hear the reason for all these audits which just so happen to be on hard working americans was the result of our former retarted President G.W.Bush's fireing of over 200 Irs agents that dealt with people making over$250K and hiring the same for those making less. So guess who had to prove the legitamacy of that move. It was all a bunch of bull I had documents for everything and gave it all to the IRS but they did not want to hear it and tokk the money out of my bank account while I was laid off of work. So I guess you are right Kristine is the bad guy right she audited you she gave you all the receipts and docs so you can get those returns you were getting. Suck it up butter cup if you got audited it is because of what you gave her to work with and I am sure you did not complain when the money went into your account.

According to the IRS complaint, "As of July 31, 2009, the IRS has determined that K&N prepared 23,823 individual federal income tax returns for calendar years 2005 through 2009. The IRS has examined 100 of those 23,823 returns prepared by K&N and has determined that 94 (or 94.0%) of those returns contained misstatements. The examinations of these returns have resulted in the assessment of additional taxes totaling $830,147."

Im guessing the IRS will probably go after all 23,823 tax returns, considering the amount of money K&N cost them. I sure am glad I didnt go to K&N!

Anyone that says K&N is a good company either works for them or is family. I started going there in 94 when their office was in Northlake. I stopped going 4 years ago. Kristine,the owner, was the only one who did my taxes. Never had a problem,until 2002. From 2002 til 2006 (I finally wised up) my husband and I got audited 4 times( our first one we received was from taxes she did for us in 2000) and had to pay huge penalties and fines because Kristine was falsifying our forms!!! Yes, shame on me in the long run for not looking at what I was signing but I trusted her due to the 8 years prior that she did my taxes. We have had to pay well over $20,000 in that 4 year period because of how many times she screwed us! If you search for reviews you will see MANY bad claims against her and her company. If you can look up past addresses and phone numbers you will notice repetative changes because she keeps moving offices and switching phone numbers because what she is doing is ILLEGAL and shes trying to run but she cant hide forever. Please, do not go to her or recommend her or her business to anyone you care about. She will ruin your life!

K&N tax pros are awful..expenssive, unprofessional ,never keep apointed time.I waited 1hour ,just to be told that they took someone with no appointment infront of me...avoiddddddddddd

went to them for years and got aduit and had to pay IRS because there were steeling from their clients. Kristen was always coked up and she had a worker there by the name of Ricky he was also steeling I hope they all rot in JAIL. SCUMS avoid them the family or liars and they love to steel from anyone they can.
