05-08-2009; Funny thing is, one of the prosecutions key witnesses, posing as Cyrus Riley, was trying to purchase a car today from a reputable Charles City dealership, and personnel recognized this individual as the person who was testifying as Cyrus Riley. However, his actual drivers license did not match who everyone knew him by from the trial. So, It sounds like the person who was testifying as Cyrus Riley to the witnessed events of that night, wasn't actually Cyrus Riley. Officers were called to the scene, Mr. Cortez's attorney was also notified of the situation. It sounds like a mistrial to me.
