U should go to Lettys Zumba....both instructors are very good..I go with Letty at 6:40 and shes pertty good we also do weights with her...

well lety moves like if she is having a seizure and has ants in her pants.... she is to fast.. only teenagers should go with her but also ladies of age want to do zumba but cant go with her... You should go to the new one by panchitos there amzing teachers and they sell herbal life and many of us ladies have lost over 20 pounds or more!!

i have tried other places..and i havent gotten results which is a big reason why i worked there for almost a year. if you are not in shape then maybe thats why it seems like she shakes her ass all over the place. neither of us should trash any place everybody is different and gets different results. the people i saw on a daily basis when i worked there are people i saw major results in but they did not just go and quit when they saw it wasnt working for them. regardless of her age she is an awesome instructor , creative and with tons of energy. but leave it up to eagle pass to trash on something really good.

Ur right Zumba...i wish I had the energy she has..the first day i went i wanted to quit but thank god i didnt...i love going to her classes...and for those ppl saying that only old ladies go,well at least they are trying to work out and not be couch potatoes...and its true everybody gets different results some lose the weight faster than others...

hola chicas gracias alas que pusieron comentarios buenos de mi y alas que no les gusta a de ser porque de plano nunca an tomado una clase buena de zumba.....Por si no saben tambien tenemos una lista para principiantes las que piensen que bailamos muy rapido tenemos la opcion de tomar zumba golds......Ahora todo mundo son maestras de zumba me da gusto eso me hace crecer mas...creo que para cuando ellas van yo ya vine y di 100 vueltas espero seguir ayudando a todas a cumplir su meta que el trabajo no es tanto lo que aga la maestra sino las ganas que tenga en estudiante de adelgazar......

A herbalife whow adengaza tomando malteadas dia y noche pero deja que lo dejen como se vana poner.....Nosotros tambien lo tenemos pero como suplemento nadamas para que una persona aldegaze y no reboteeee necesita una NUTRICION ALIMENTICIA SANA NO MALTEADAS....Chicas si se puede lograr tener una buena figura no sean negativas claro toma su tiempo yo en lo personal adelgaze 30lbs y me siento de lo mejor tengo personas que me an adelgazado asta 60 o 80lbs sin tomar malteadas y comiendo mejor aqui estamos nostros para en realidad ayudarlas a largo plazo........
