Lots of American companies and individuals have money in overseas banks and lots of foreign companies and individuals have money in American banks. Are you talking about American companies not repatriating profits to the U.S.? Why should they? As soon as they do they'll have to pay 35% of it in income tax. Better to leave the money overseas and save the taxes.

ya lets not pay those taxes, more rich entitlement propaganda. if your rich, America will be pleased to make sure you dont fall off that high horse, but we will not give the same support for lower class individuals.

Amendment 1 eliminates the possibility of lawsuits filed in state courts against the law that had already been passed against gay marriage.
Taxes on profits made in foreign countries have already been paid to the foreign countries where they were earned. The United States is the only major country that taxes repatriated earnings. As I said before it is the responsibilty of corporate management to maximize profits. Paying taxes twice on the same income doesn't fit the bill.

I agree. As the CEO of Cisco has said many times, if the govt would lower corporate taxes, that money, as well as those jobs, would be brought back to the US.

There is an economics professor at Valencia College in Orlando, Fl by the name of Jack Chambless that offers online classes. Maybe it's not to late for you to get into his summer class....you may learn something.
