The predatory behavior of this offender and the number of incidents and his position of trust outweigh the arguments for allowing his request. Too often the severity of the past crimes is lost in the emotional request in the present, ie, living at home. This guy made his bed, so to speak, and has to live with the resulting restrictions set upon his life. The judge made the right choice. There was mention of insufficient rehab; that should worry us. All these reasons don't even bring in punishment for his original crimes...just my thoughts; anybody see it this way?

It was a painful time in the Bucksport community when his actions came to light. I felt bad for the victims, their families, and Travis's family. Moving back will bring back some painful memories for too many people.Travis should do the right thing and stay away. But people with these tendencies seem to only think about their own gratification, so I doubt he would do the right thing so he should be ordered to stay away.

A convicted sexual predator should be in prison, minus a hand and castrated. Lock him in a room with pictures of his victims/ families for the rest of his days.
