***"One who doesn't get pushed because we just want to know why he misses mtgs. Is that so much to ask."***<quoted text> if I owned in the campground my vote would NOT be for Richard Turnbull and I hope that the campground feels the same. According to you he had been pushed to the edge of consequences, so what will he do to us next. We don't need a child to represent us we need a man that can act like a man. One who doesn't get pushed because we just want to know why he misses mtgs. Is that so much to ask.
Who is "we" other than the BOD? Yet another example of a board member posting hostile rhetoric while others criticize owners for posting on Topix. I quote one owner in particular.
“posting our laundry on Topix or writing to the Times Courier is shooting your community in the foot”.
If no dirty laundry is created, there would be nothing to worry about. Recent example; the BOD created 2 flagrant Bylaw violations by voting to allow renters on committees but you would rather trash Turnbull like you've been doing for about 6 months including some nasty references to his lifestyle preference. As you can see owners will post on Topix when "we" want to.
Judging from today's paper, it looks like someone missed the part about not putting anything in the Times Courier.
The solutions to CRRA's current problems, financial, communications, honesty wise and otherwise are not the owners fault.
The way CRRA operates needs to be changed on many fronts. If not, there should be no reasonable expectation that dues paying owners will shut up just because a few big mouths on the BOD tell us to.
