I honestly don't know. The 1st meal we had there was great. The 2nd meal, the service was exceptionally slow and the food so-so, the 3rd meal was not worth the price and the service again, was unprofessional and slow and we felt ignored most of the meal.

Three times is all I'll give to a restaurant to get their act together and I won't hesitate to speak to the manager to let him/her know what needs to be done. I was hoping the expert advice from the Jim's Half Shell fellow would pull it out of the early grave.
I think it was a combination of price, service and mis-management mixed with the bad economy.
HOW?

The big question is why did they ever open!
