I liked it. They have a raw bar with raw meat and veggies that you can take to the hibachi to be cooked together, similar to Mongolian BBQ. They also have many of your Chinese favorites on the bar. I think I saw pizza and some other items like that. Looked like a good salad bar, too.

I'm drawing such a blank.
I know there is or was? a Chinese or Japanese place next to Zaxby's. I ate there once, only.

I can't visually picture where Wendys is located on that little strip.(It IS almost midnight, in my defense).

Heh!
That's what I usually end up telling myself and then I spoil my fun and stay home.
But it sure is nice when someone does all the cleaning up, afterward.

That's it. It's between Zaxby's & Wendy's. It's new to Ellijay but they have many of them around Atlanta. Good & bad reviews. I'll have to see for myself. Really didn't like the old place. The food was always super dry like it had been sitting all day. My husband always loved the sushi though.

JC, you weren't a fan of Tin Loong?

Me neither, but I'm not a good gauge on Chinese, since I prefer not to eat it.
This new place has my interest.

I ate there today.

Yum. The food selection is enormous and the quality is much better than what they used to be.

It's clean. Even the salt shakers and soy sauce bottles didn't need wiping off. That's rare for any restaurant.
I wiped them anyway, but didn't need to.(Habit)

I highly recommend the Spring Rolls and pork dumplings and the Sugar donuts.
The Coconut Shrimp, can't forget that.

I'm going again Monday.

A friend of ours came down with a very severe case of food poisoning there at the Tin Loong before it closed. He stayed in an Atlanta hospital for over 2 weeks and he almost died.I hope the new owners do a better job.

If you rednecks would think about something besides eating you wouldn't be overweight . All you do is run from one fast food place to another and expect to
find food like New York's “Le Fancy-Smancy” or
" Kokomo's Las Vegas ". serves.

Northern Chef, keep your "yankee comments" to yourself. If we need any help with our diets you can fly down to Atlanta and drive up here to Ellijay to hold seminars to make sure we eat only healthy foods.

I eat there over the weekend. It is a great price if you go at lunch beware it is higher at supper time. Not very good!
