One of the member/managers of GPH Investments, LLC (entity creation date 8/13/09) is Vicki Porter Stanley. There are easily others not listed with the Secretary of State.

Also look for anything with a Sumner in the documents...Lisa S. Newton was a Sumner.

Oh yeah..and the propety at 502 Overlook Dr that was sold to Newmon Properties for the mere sum of $135,000(Just for the lot evidently)? It is now listed with ReMax (Kristy Petrillo) for $769,000.

I would like to thank everyone that has privately fed me information. I have passed most of this on to Paul Donsky at the AJC. At this time I am taking a step back to contemplate things.

Someone reading these posts has pointed out 2 things to me.

#1) If there is indeed any funny business going on, then we are talking about my pissing off some very powerful people, with LOTS of big money involved, and no telling how wide things stretch. So some people might think of me as a liability to be removed. Normally I would think that to be paranoid & conspiracy thinking - yet I am a realist, and know that the world is not a nice place. With that said, I look at this as my namesake from thousands of years back might, and see this as simply another Giant standing in the path of God and goodness, and fairness and justice. The Giant simply needs taking down, and so I shall pray to God for protection, and have faith. And so if anyone can help me - then I welcome it, and if you can't then simply pray for my protection and the protection of my family.

#2) It has been pointed out to me that I entered into negotiations with the bank in good faith, in a clear effort to develop a relationship that would hopefully lead to a large marketing contract. With that in mind I clearly at every point indicated my willingness to drastically reduce my fees to do some "Test Property Marketing" based on the fact that this was a part of working towards a bigger contract. I have detailed writings to indicate this was the intent of negotiations, and probably 200+/- hours I put into this. And yet it appears that at no time were the bank personnel interested in actually working towards that end, and towards the end result of actually trying to solve the banks real estate foreclosure inventory - but were primarily focused on manipulating me into illegally marketing properties that were not bank owned. I believe this constitutes fraud. I believe that the bank is liable for my loss of time and money. They are most likely liable for punitive damages.

With that said I need to pray on this. I did not expect to get as wrapped up in this as I have. This started off as simply my unwillingness to sit on the sidelines as I watched the news unfold locally & across the nation, in a million different stories - of financial misdeeds at the expense of the country, and the expense of the people. It appears to me that many people whom were supposed to be looking out for the hard earned monies of the people, were abusing their authorities and positions. This is not directed only at Appalachian Bank.... it is a nationwide, perhaps worldwide plague of greed and corruption. However, you fight the fights in your own backyard first.

I really do not wish to go to court. I am a fair man, and I think I will ask the bank to pay me what they think is fair as compensation for my troubles, and for the irresponsibility of their actions.

And yet in no way do I think that people should stop demanding the truth, and accountability. I started this publicly, and to me the more important issue is that people get a bit fired up and demand action, and so I am sharing publicly my intentions prior to taking them, because I do not want anyone to have the excuse to say that this is, or ever was, about money for me. But I do have a family, and I did work hard, and I was treated quite unfairly, and I believe illegally - and so I think it fair to ask for compensation.

I'm going to give them a chance to respond fairly. Like I said, I absolutely dread going to court, but I have done it before, and if I am forced to go the distance, because no seeming willingness to admit error on the bank's part exists, and they become stubborn and unrepentant..... then I shall seek to punish them to the utmost, as an institution, and as individuals.

It seems good to me to do it this way.

look up tax records for gph investments it shows res. but it is a commerical building,SWEET DEAL FOR THE OWNERS OF GPH INVESTMENT. and it shows that it is to be mailed to ACE HARDWARE. CHECK IT OUT.

The information on members and managers of LLC's is not technically hidden, but neither is it required to be listed with the Sec. of State's office. Most LLC's are perfectly legitimate small companies who have chosen that formation rather than incorporation for various reasons that are very ethical and legal.

property that is commercial and called resential to keep the taxes from being so costly. the property is almost 8,000sq ft building rated res. should it be rated comm not talking about who is members but their taxes? check out gilmer county tax accessor web sit gph llc that property comes up

Folks, what you are starting to read here is information that some of this banks customers have known about for sometime. Once all the "nitty gritty" involving all of the insider dealings is completely revealed, you will be astonished! For real! This is why most of this banks corporate customers, at least those with businesses that were in similar endeavors, have had such a hard time competing in our market. Bankers who decided to become "on the take" shall we say, who directly competed with there own customer base. To a tremendous disadvantage, I might add...
