HEY, Hogan Knows Best. It's pretty easy to slander others behind a mask of anonymity, isn't it?

Why don't you do yourself and everyone else a favor in here, and get a clue.

I don't usually post on this blog. However, considering the tragic death of a really sweet boy this weekend I have to say it is time for a change in our sheriff's dept. Drugs are a problem in our community. And yes it is destroying young people's lives. Not young people that have not been brought up to not know better. Young people who had every thing going for them. I don't know how many of you knew Dakota Nelson but he was a terrific, sweet, kind, young man. He always had a smile, a kind word, and hug for you. I know for a fact that deputies, as well as, city police were talked to about Dakota a few months back concerning stopping the the person that was killing him. He had friends that went to these so called authority figures and as a parent so did I. The dealer that hooked the fine young man on these drugs has been selling in our county for 20+ years. Why has he not been stopped? For those of you that don't know Dakota, this was his escape for the death of his mom a few years back, after she died of cancer. When my child called me Saturday so distraught over Dakota. I couldn't help but think could things have been different if one of the authority figures that had been told where the drugs where coming from had acted. This low life SCUM BAG has contributed to the death of a great young man, as well as, destroyed his families life forever. I want to know why no one even tried. My child told me several times, If somebody don't stop this Dakota is going to die." Well, police and deputies you were told. I bet you thought about that when you heard of his death. I hope you can live with doing nothing. I will NOT vote for Ensley. He knows this particular SCUM BAG that I'm speaking of and well as anybody that works in the sheriff's dept. or police dept. I urge everyone to NOT vote for Ensley. At least Davenport knows first hand what drugs can do to families. Maybe he can stop some of this. It's time the police / deputies start trying to get the real dealers and stop with petty traffic stops.

RIP Dakota!

Ensley is not going to do anything to these dealers. They are the ones keeping him safe. He is more concerned about his 90,000 a year salary than he is our children.

Ensley has never done anything to curb the drugs in our county. You will only see arrests when it's election time. I have definitely changed my vote. I want someone who will work to get the drugs off the streets and out of our schools. We should not be faced with the loss of another one of our youth. It could be your son or daughter, grandchild, sister, brother, niece, nephew, or good friend that could be the next person to lose their life to drugs. Dakota will be missed by all who knew him. I hope all of you authority figures that were told about the dealer that hooked Dakota and asked to do something about it and turned your head instead, will think about Dakota for the rest of your lives. You know who you are. I urge everyone to get Howard out of office. He is only there for the $90,000 + a year. He is not concerned with our youth.

Well, it seems to me from reading previous post that the authorities were made very much aware where the drugs were coming from. Did they try anything to arrest the people responsible for selling these drugs? These must have been adult people if they have been dealing for 20 or more years. They knew better than to sell to a kid who didn't realize the danger. Teenagers don't believe that any thing bad will happen to them.

How is it Ensleys fault you ask? If someone can deal drugs in this town or any town for twenty years and the cops don't touch them, theres two choices, their either allowed to deal drugs, or the cops are too sorry and lazy to do their job, pick one. If that had of been your kid that died you'd be squawking a different tune!
