When I was a child our county still had people leaving town for work, Mainly they would go to Chatsworth and Dalton, Prior to 1972 there wasnt so much of this happening, It proves one thing, A county/city dosent always grow simply because its population outgrows what it can provide jobwise. Its not much different than having to many people on one well.
