I am really amazed at all of you Ellijay locals. I always envied people living in small towns....guess I always pictured it being one supportive, loving, family. Instead, it seems you are all in each other's business and using the forum to spout falsities about someone (who is innocent until proven guilty) and his family (who is being supportive - just like they should be). I hope the tables never turn on each of you so quickly, and I hope you are never the subject of people's negative fodder, or the harassment they have all been subject to since his arrest.

I have done business with this family for a long time, as have my other family members. They've always treated us right. And I will continue to support Bridgette and Terry - they need real friends now more than ever.

As for the rest of you....if you don't have anything nice to say....maybe you should look in the mirror, check for that plank in your eye, and make sure you have the right to be so critical.

And for all you "Christians"....reme mber, the Lord places no degree on sin, so you "murdering" Tony and family with your tongue is just as bad as anything he has ever done. Better watch for lightning next time a storm comes around!

U say all that until the drugs that he sales winds up in your kids hands
This is not about how you were treated as a customer. It's about doing things that are very illegal. I believe in standing by your children more than anyone but doing bad things does not make the non convicted law breaker a good person!!!! Most of us try to make an honest living, not taking the big money easy road. Maybe u should think about what is going on and why he is really behind bars. And did I fail to mention, he beat a man almost to death in his own home. How would you feel If that was your son????

Hey Karma, thanks for the response. And I agree with you about the drugs....I do believe illegal activity should be punished. If you will read my post again, I hope you will see my points.

In regards to Tony....I was simply reminding people of two things. One, he hasn't been convicted....that's just a fact. And two, we should all watch our tongues when talking about rumors, hearsay, etc. People may know bits and pieces, but only Tony and the good Lord know the truth. Our justice system was set up the way it is for a reason....Tony will face his charges and accusers, and he will pay for any crime he may have committed, and in some cases, ones he didn't. If there is one thing I have learned....you can believe half of what you see, and none of what you hear. I'm sure there will be truths that will come out and surprise us all.

Onto the main point of my post....in regards to Tony's parents and precious little brother. I'm a friend, not just a customer. I do agree good customer service does not make them good people, but likewise, a bad experience at their shop doesn't make them criminals either....which a lot of people seem to be suggesting. None of them asked for this. They didn't ask to be harassed, they didn't ask to lose everything, they didn't ask to become social outcasts....this is not their fault. They are doing what they should be doing....supporting their son. And people are crucifying them for it. They are hurting, and they need help.

Now let me ask you a question....what if Tony is guilty, what if he does stay behind bars, then gets out and helps speak against drugs? What if he saves a child's life? Will it have been worth it? Everything happens for a reason. Trust in The Lord, not man.

As for him beating someone half to death. I have never heard this story, so I have no idea of the circumstances. But if this is your family member, friend, I am sincerely sorry for his and your pain. There is no good reason for violence ever....except in the case of self defense. Very unfortunate.

FBI probes leak in biker gang investigation

By The Associated Pres
ATLANTA - An FBI agent says it's investigating a leak that compromised an undercover investigation into the Outlaw Motorcycle Club.

Court documents show that federal authorities suspect a law enforcement official leaked the name of a government informant, a development that halted the investigation this summer.

Nearly two dozen defendants with ties to the Outlaws and its affiliated clubs - the Black Pistons, Hoodlums and Southern Knights were charged with federal drug and weapons offenses after the undercover operation was shut down.

Court records state that the Outlaw Motorcycle Club has chapters nationwide, and has a clubhouse on Campbellton Road in Atlanta. It's ``Silver Region'' encompasses clubs in Georgia and Alabama.

I'll be interested to see if the law enforcement official was "strongly encouraged" to give them the information or if he/she was on the take. Shame an investigation was ruined....this will be a big mess.

Only some are still in jail....a few of them were granted bond less than a week after they were arrested according to local papers. A few were denied bond as well....maybe it depends on the charges?!?!

Wow Karma, coming from someone I thought was reasonable based on your posts, that was a low blow don't you think?

I personally think it's pretty screwed up -- everyone is happy because they say we finally have a bad man off the streets, no more putting drugs in the hands of children....yet he cannot be kept off the streets because the prison guards (our tax money pay for) can't keep him safe....in jail (that we also pay for)?

You should be outraged! And if you aren't, then I have to believe the truth is you just hate Tony....you don't really care about him serving any time he may deserve.

I am not real sure where in my post it would show that I am not a reasonable person... He ran his mouth, accused someone of stealing from him and they did not care for it.. He had to go have surgery on his face.. He has always had a problem not understanding that you cannt just run over people. Not real sure why he thought he could do it in jail.

I apologize if I took your post incorrectly....it seemed to me you might be pleased he was beat to the point of surgery. Apparently, you are not, please accept my apology.

Interesting what you say though....not exactly the story I heard. You must be privy to some inside information to know he accused someone of stealing....which I also find interesting. You must be close with his family....or someone who is close with them is running their mouth.

Either way....what happened was illegal....gonna make the case against him harder!
