<quoted text>You can't make that blanket an assumption. He might have thought it was funny, but the sound he was making would not have been an expression of mirth. He might have been requesting an encore. Did you tell him more jokes? Did he repeat his vocalization? But even that would not prove dispositive since he may have liked the first joke better than the second one. These matters are very complicated. You should ask the Mammologist.
You're so right, it would be a great question for the Mammologist. Another interesting tidbit, I think it's quite possible that hyena at the zoo is bi-lingual!
It responded when I told the joke, but the vocalizations were even louder when the joke was told in German. I did tell a second joke, and it laughed louder when the joke was told in English.
I thought they were equally funny. The kicker is, I don't even speak German, I just pretended like I did!
Silly hyena!
Have a great weekend!:)

Daniels changed your clock, Pat Bauer will clean your clock. You are better off with the little man than someone like Pat Bauer.

I'm glad the governor and the dog are ok.I would also like to to tell the governor that I think that he is doing a wonderful job for our state and to keep up the good work.
Finally, a positive remark about the Governor in this set of postings. He is not that bad. Many people are mad at him for DST and the toll road in Northern Indiana, which is not a good enough reason to ditch Mitch.

I'm wondering where's the dog's parents. I've heard his mother's bee-otch and his dad's an SOB too.

Change must be bad for you. I do not see where Indiana is going down the tubes. It was going down the tubes under O'Bannon and Kernan.

Do you think for one minute that O'Bannon and Kernan did a good job when the state was about $650,000,000 in the red in 2004 and owed the schools about $350,000,000 from prior years. With ditch Mitch in office, the state was in the black in 2006 for the first time in a while and the schools are being paid the $350,000,000 owed to them from prior years.

Daniels is not a great governor, but better than O'Bannon and Kernan. The current candidates running against Daniels are a lot weaker than he is. Therefore, if one of the three candidates are elected and Mitch is ditched, Indiana will do down the tubes.

Reply---Naw...don't work for none of the candidates. Have to agree that there is no strong "messiah" in sight. But we do know that Mitch is not the man...change may be bad but in this case, it should'nt be much worst. Don't buy into that any state ran (schools) organization is owed money by the state. Too sell off (privitize) other functions to pay off another state organization seems detrimental in the long run. It's like owning your home, selling it, and renting it back for more than it's worth. You will be at the mercy of others...whilst you should be in "the drivers seat". To replace in the future, it will be expensive (and nessecary) the things that Mitch has "sold off" will cost future taxpayers dearly.
