I noticed a lot of people, around where I live do not have driver's licenses', Public transportation is an option, but it doesn't seem to coincide with peoples' schedules. I call it in the country where I live. Without a legal and registered vehicle it is very hard for people to get around. At least in big cities people have trains, buses they can walk to work. If people had reliable transportation it would be easier for them. For example. if I would like to work in a local hotel and have no transportation I would have to rely on a taxi. That is too expensive and if they are busy then what. A lot of people have licenses but for the people that do not it is a struggle.
