I hope that this man rots in jail. I can not imagine what this girls family is going through. He had a beautiful family and a beautiful woman that did everything for him. His girlfriend is doing everything she can to keep him where he is at. She has been co operating with the police fully and has blocked all contact with his family and him. He deserves to be in the place where he is.

On August 1, 2008 a second complaint of sexual assault was filed against Rafad Reyna. Could this guy be a serial rapist? I wonder how many more victims are out there. I hope this guy gets what he deserves while in prison! Inland Networks should be held responsible for allowing employees with such a tainted criminal history into the houses of there customer, shame on you Inland Networks!!

I Wonder, do you know that Mr. Reyna had a "criminal history?" Maybe he did, but I think you are jumping to conclusions here. If the guy did indeed do these acts he is a scum bag and needs to be put away, but let's be sure of the facts. People are innocent until proven guilty.

He had a criminal history but non violent as a youth. He had turned his life around and graduated from a High end college. He started his life right after college in Ronald. He had two beautiful daughters and a beautiful girlfriend. I don't believe that he is a serial rapist. He was also just diagnosed with a brain disease. Could this have triggered it? I wish I was there so I could know the facts. From what I heard, the girl told him she was 17. I don't know. All this is messed up.

He pled not guilty. I can't believe they allow that.

I have been following this story closely, and do know Rafad's criminal history, matter of fact a week prior to the rape of the 15 year old girl Rafad was arrested for theft. I do feel sorry for his family and hope they will get the assistance they need to recover. Its amazing how one person’s actions can change several people’s lives. Rafad needs serious help and I believe he’ll get that help through the State Prison system. Rafad appears to me to be a predator, I don’t know, would you want him in your house servicing your internet or telephone? To the victim’s and their families, I feel deeply for you and hope you get the help needed to recover from an incident of the magnitude

In this country one is presumed innocent until proven guilty because that is our legal system trying to work. But that does not mean he didn’t do it! If he did do it and apparently the facts say he did, then he makes it worse by pleading not guilty. Pleading not guilty reveals that he is in fact a coward and a despicable person. It does not allow the victim any closure. Then for his supporters to try and rationalize it away and say he is not really a bad guy or it’s not entirely his fault (for whatever reason) makes it even worse. If some dude raped my kid I would want to kill him.

You have to be joking! It would not matter if she said she was 27 years old, Rape is Rape no matter how old you are! There's is something seriously wrong with you.

Trying to rationalize your friends actions as just diagnosed as brain disease makes you an enabler or worse. There is no excuse for what he did. Sounds more like you have brain disease. He did what he did and there just ain't no excuse genius.

This individual need to rot in prison. There is no excuse for what he did. These young women will be traumatized for the rest of their lives because of this sicko. There should be leniency grnated to him.
Regarding the cable company, I hope they change their hiring practices. Nobody should have prior convicts coming into their private homes!

LOL to super heroes "Wonder boy and "the James Street kid". James Street apparently Meant to say “NO LENIENCY.” And it looks like Wonder meant to spell “meant” not “met,” and “granted” not “grated.”

It would be nice if our system would allow (under strict guidelines,) that if someone was accused of this heinous crime (and the probable cause supported the charges) that they be placed on the polygraph. The polygraph is not perfect or infallible but it should be allowed as one more piece of evidence. And if someone is convicted of this crime they should serve a life sentence with out the possibility of parole.

It has been proven that rapist and/or individuals that commit sexual crimes can not be cured and will continue to re-offend. Society is plagued with sexual deviants lurking and searching for the next victim. The legal systems puts a temporary Band-Aid on the situation but does not keep society safe long-term.

I just saw his girlfriend and his daughter in SafeWay. She is gorgeous. So is his daughter. What was going through his mind?!?!?! I think I am going to follow his "fiance". She deserves better than he could ever give her.
