dont belive everything you read in the papers.
the 12 yr old is my nephew.

the 14 yr old and my 12 yr old nephew were very good friends.

they were told by the 19yr man that the gun was not loaded,it went off and killed the 14 yr old.

my nephew went to court today,he has no charges on him as of yet because they do not know what to charge him with.

this was an accident.
if anyone that should be charged,it should be the 19 yr old man who handed these children the gun.
the 19 yr old is also wanted in pa for a shooting.

the man who owned the tralier were the 19 yr old was staying left his guns there un locked and was just released not long ago for attemed murder,he should have never had guns to begin with.

we have two familys here torn apart.

you can tell your children not to play with guns many times,but children are courous,exspecially when a 19 yr old hands children a loaded gun telling them it wasnt loaded.

also other children have been in that tralier and seen guns,im sure we will find out how many other children have touched those guns.
thank god no one else was hurt.

so far,there only going by what the 19 yr old is telling them,i dont think they should prink anything that comes out of that mans mouth.

I agree with the fact that ur nephew is innocent for the simple fact that i remember hearing about this story and the first thing that i thought about is this boy would never do that to a close friend like that... The Man had NO Right at all handing a 12 and 14 year old child a loaded gun just like u sad.. that is ridiculous...

i agree that the boy is innocent and they should let the 12 year old go free without any charges. and it's hurting the boy and i am sure he is going crazy because he was there and he seen everything.but then we all have to look how bad the other family is hurting because if it was ti happen the other way u would want that boy to have some kind of suffer. but i think the 19 year old should just be put in jail with no question's ask how stupid can the 19 year old be.but good look and hope the 19 year old get life for missing up lil boy's life.
