If people are going to drink, they are going to drink. They just buy it somewhere else. ElktonKy being dry does not stop drinking. All the do good people that don,t want alcohol there just buy theirs somewhere else. Guess they don,t want their buddies seeing them buy it. ElktonKy is run by small minded people that just want control over the town. They have control because no one will vote them out. Mac johns should have been out a long time ago. He is useless unless you are somebody.

Are you serious? People are going to drink regardless of where they get the alcohol. Allowing Todd County to sell the alcohol would bring much needed revenue into the county, instead of making people drive to Logan, Christian, or across state lines to get their booze. No legislature is going to stop people from buying beer or liquor if that's what they want to do. Why not profit from it instead of throwing that money to surrounding counties?

Time to come out of the dark ages. What's funny is all the church people will have a fit. Don't want it sold here. Then you go to Clarksville and see those same people in the bars, liquor stores, or sitting in the restaurant drinking a beer.

What does any of this have to do with Todd County being a wet or dry county?

No, I'm just tired of seeing you spout the same shit in every single topic you can possibly edge it into. Multiple people have given you suggestions on how to go about combating the growing drug problem, which I agree is out of hand.

My question was what that had to do with THIS topic? If you have an opinion on if Todd County should be able to sell alcohol to bring in revenue, for or against, that's wonderful. Please state your opinion. If you're just trying to discuss the "dopeheads" in Elkton, well, this isn't the place to discuss that. There are already multiple topics open on the subject, and if you can't find one you feel suitable, create one.

So again, no. I am not one of those "drug heads," I am simply someone who is trying to see actual opinions on this matter and not watch the topic get derailed.
