Patriot there are no options when someone is shooting at you. You are the reason America is the way it is today putting the blame on someone else instead of accepting responsibility for your actions. It is ignorant wannabe garbage people like you taking this country to the ground. You probably sit behind your computer all day while mommy does your laundry waiting for your welfare check and new gay porno magazines to arrive every month. I don't know what his wife done and I am not defending her but if she slept with his all his friends it still doesn't give him the right to shoot at police. If you can't see that then there is no need in arguing with you.

En re to the statement you made about getting dirty or doing labor...have you ever pulled 4 bloodied corpses from a pile of smoking crushed steel? Didn't think so. I know I personally would rather be covered in dirt or grim than bodily fluids of a dead family. And I Agree with you on the fact that the people I'm defending are not all worthy of being defended. Some cops don't do their jobs. But the majority of them do, and when people try to knock law enforcement for their use of force it makes me angry because the people criticizing weren't there. What would you or me or anyone else do if someone shot at them? If I had the equipment, damn right I'd shoot back...and I don't miss (unlike law enforcement whose projectile on target statistics were under 30% last year)

I'd like to inquire as to which "advanced vernacular" you are referring to? Lol I don't see any "big words" in this reply. Oh and for the record, every situation is unique. One guy one gun or 3 guys 6 guns - what matters are the resources available to law enforcement at the time. Killing is always the last card, but sometimes people use up their deck too quickly and that last card comes sooner rather than later.

When shots are fired, stuff explodes or disasters take place most people run away, a few run towards the emergency. Those few are Police Officers, Fire Fighters and 1st Responders. "Shutup" unless you can knut-up enough to do the job, you have no room to critisize the officers. And I would like to read this "protocol" for not shooting a shooter you speak of. Could you please provide it or quote it for me, or at least tell me what it says?

He could have fought him like a man instead of resorting to guns?
His wife came with her new lover and his friends...They came for trouble...I got this information directly from her. Not that anyone knows Jeffrey's side or ever will, but there was only 1 Jeffrey, and if you knew him you'd know he had a huge heart!!! Id say he was shooting to make them leave. As for the cops...they did what they thought was best to control the situation. And for all who want to say Jeffrey shot at the cops...all shots from Jeffrey were fired into a rock pile, not at anyone. Yes when he realized there were cops, he should have put the gun down... Jeffrey was not a drug head, he had prescribed pain pills and was drinking with them...not very smart especially when he had not slept or ate since Tuesday. His wife may not have pulled the trigger, but she instigated it all. She knew he was depressed and should have left and let him be. He was at his home minding his business. She's drama and will have to live with herself and her actions....Nobody will ever know what really happened that night, except the ones that were there and God. I'm a strong believer that he will take care of the situation.

Sir you should be grounded from parenting for allowing your kids to get on a computer and speak the way he did. You me or anyone on topix has no way of knowing who is typing on the other side of the screen. If he was mine I wouldn't ground him but I guarantee you he wouldn't be able to sit down for a while. you really think grounding him is proper punishment for his behavior? He wouldn't have a computer until he was eighteen and could purchase his own. I will however say that if I had known he was a minor I surely wouldn't have replied to him in any form or fashion and for that I am sorry.

Big Boy, ShutUp is lying about his 13yr old son making those comments. You can tell by the way he writes that it was him and is still him. He does not know what punctuation is. In all his comments (no matter how many different names he posts under), he runs all his sentences together without any punctuation at all. No periods, commas or anything. So I doubt his 13 year old son would do the same.
