Last year there were over 200 homeless children enrolled in the Howard County Schools, all grade levels. The number of homeless families numbers are more staggering. If Quality of life is central to Ulman's campaign, does this includes resources for addressing the homless problem. There is no quality of life if someone is homeless. Mr. Ulman seems to overlook that issue.
