They cheered. You don't cheer the death of a man unless you're happy he's dead.
The mere fact that this obviously still eludes you is quite troublesome in the whole scheme of things.
If you can't recognize the celebration of a dead Ambassador when you see it, you've lost a lot of credibility on just about everything else.
