I feel for the family and send condolences for their loss.

I will never understand this kind of reckless behavior.

Mac,
A 1992 celica isn't exactly a street racing car (assuming it is stock). At 5am it's just as likely the poor kid fell asleep.

Dude, the kid was drunk and he was driving too fast. It's a good thing he didn't kill a kid or something. I am sure he just fell asleep....hahaha....

Cesar touched may lives during his short time here on Earth. I for one will always remember him as a God Squad student, he was a leader and always gave his best when he was there. Only GOD knows why and ow this happened for sure and to all those that feel the need to trash a respectable young man just because of what they read in the paper that is your choice.

Me and Cesar were dating for awhile and I still love him today. If it wasn't for Cesar I would still be smoking the crack pipe. Cesar helped me get through life and he loved me for the man I wanted to be. Thank you Cesar, I will always love you.

If you really look at Columbia you will see it is resembling Baltimore City. Anyone with money is leaving Columbia. Oakland Mills Village Center can even hold a grocery sore because of the crime in the area. Stop writing about Columbia from the outside and come inside to see want a rotten place it is becoming.

It's amazing how much time has passed, overcoming the unbearable and thriving to keep going. I lost my older brother when I was 11 years old, currently I'm 17 and near my 18th. My memories pretty bad and I only get vague solid moments I had of Cesar. I recently graduated in May and it was hard not having him. I wasn't old enough to form a tight bond like my siblings had but it's more painful realizing what I'll miss out on. I miss him very much. He was a sweetheart and charmer, the best out of all of us. I wonder a lot what he'd say when I'm down over guy problems or frustrated about life. And each time I smile 'cause I know he'd do what he did when I was just a little girl...support me, mentor me, and love me. Rest easy C.
