Our home was destroyed in a house fire here many years ago. We moved an RV onto our property and utilized our existing electric, water and sewer during extended reconstruction. Nowadays, that is illegal. I would start with rescinding THAT ordinance to solve this much older problem. Sometimes the simplest problems can be solved with a second look at older solutions.

Not for extended periods. And BTW, why are RVs disallowed as housing in the first place? It definitely beats a cardboard box in the park or a tent out behind The Nugget. Most RVs are in better shape than the lion's share of our current housing anyway!

I finally found shelter 2 years ago.

I had no where to go, and had to live in a beat up old tent, not even fit for a dog. The summer was okay, but winter was fast approaching.

Its funny how the warm months go by so fast for a homeless person. Soon the early morning low temperatures would freeze the ground.

This is when I took my final breath.

I finally found shelter 2 years ago.....in death.
