Ardmore Police Investigate Bank Robbery - WHNT

Several law enforcement agencies are are investigating a bank robbery in Ardmore.

Cedar Hill Elementary was also locked down, also, after the robbery at the cb&s bank. The principle, Mr. Johns and all the wonderful staff did everything right to keep our precious children safe! They need to be thanked and commended for their quick thinking and selflessness to take care of our kids!(My Daughter is in Mrs. Thorton's 2nd grade class)

Cedar Hill has always been Wonderful when it comes to their students. We moved here 6 years ago and didn't know a soul, I was skeptical about sending my last child to any school but I chose Cedar Hill and have not regretted it.
The Principal, Faculty and Staff treat each and every child as if they were their own. They have a great on on one relationship with each child, right down to the Secretary. This is one of the last few schools I know of where the entire staff makes a special attempt to personally know each individual child.
My only regret is that my son will be going into sixth grade next year and will have to go to the middle school, but I think it will be about the same. Thanks to ALL of the STAFF at Cedar Hill for a worry free five years of Great Education to our son. May God Bless You All
