I work very closely face to face with the public and see almost 100 people almost day. I am more than just a little paranoid about brushing, flossing, bad breath, etc., but I don't think anyone can dismiss oral hygiene lightly, so I keep a b tooth brush, tooth paste, breath mints and dental floss in my desk at work and try to brush and floss every time I have breakfast, lunch, a snack, coffee or a cigatette. ESPECIALLY a cigarette!

I've smelled co-workers returning fom a smoke break smelling like the cigarette they, just moments ago, threw down in the back parking lot on their way back in to work. It's pretty disgusting even to me and I am a smoker, too, so I can just imagine how a non-smoker must feel about it.

My dentist has a poster in his waiting area that says, "You don't have to floss ALL your teeth...just the ones you want to keep!"

I brush once when u get up and once when I get home from work and before bed!

I brush as soon as I wake up. Then if I eat or drink anything that makes me have not so fresh breath, I brush again. And I brush before going to bed.

I soak mine every night if I wear them, if not I just leave them on the dash of my pickup truck next to my skoal...

U sound like my ex! Well except his teeth didn't come out but if they wld have that's what he wld have done with them I'm sure
