but why dont you ask any of the rest of LE in St. Clair County. Rainey is known for his under-handed dealings and his past problems as chief before. How about him taking money to make DUIs dissappear or maybe money missing from a petty cash account. The department is ran by a crooked guy that everyone knows you cant trust.
