I have never done this before but I truly felt I needed to let Cub know that the quality of the food in your store is very poor. First the gallon of Milk was bad and the Apples bought were brown inside and fresh bread (Rye) baked in the store was dry we couldn't eat it.
This isn't the first time food has been bad. I will never shop at Cub again.

I've shopped at Cub in Rogers since they opened and have not had any problems with produce, meat, bakery or anything else in the store. The staff is always helpful and considerate. 'Dependable' best describes this store.

Our local store is Coborns. Since Thanksgiving I have purchased four rotten or tainted items. Manager laughed when he said they hope to buy out more Cub Stores. If the Cub has been bought out by Coborns, as they are now purchasing the Cub Stores one by one, the food might be the same poor quality where items are not removed from the shelves with expired dates on them, fruit that is less than eatable quality in same cases, and less better overall quality than the Cub Stores were.
This is a travesty that they are allowed to corner the market by purchasing what was once a fairly reliable Grocery Chain. We now are left with few Grocery Store options within a 90 mile radius.

This cub is very well run, clean and the grocery aisles are always stocked. It seems though that they are Always stocking though so there is at least one aisle that you have to maneuver around. The produce, I thought, had always been fine until the past few months. I have brought home what seemed fine in the store but within a week if not hours has been rotten produce. Blackberries, lettuce, white onion, apples, 2 bags of grapes, sweet potatoes, and I'm sure I'm forgetting a thing or two. They should be checking this.

I have shopped in Cub Foods Rogers for as long as it has been open and their produce is getting worse all the time...they are pushing local shoppers to Target. Fruit is very highly priced compared to other grocers. Today blueberries were $3.99 !! This is blueberry season !! Bananas have been poor and no comparison to Target's bananas. Huge display and very little quality.
Many times the tomato and potato areas have odors.
You must check the use by dates very carefully as many times those dates are past due..especially in the dairy dept.
Also they are putting more of their brand items out and taking the place of others that provide variety and choice.

It is a great convenience to have Cub in our community..but they need to address many issues or they will find themselves falling behind their competitors.
Disgusting Prices

Price gouging - I feel like I have been robbed blind. $5.00 practically for every item in the store. Such as a small container of cottage cheese $5.00, when I can get a much larger container at Walmart for less than $5.00. Milk almost $5.00 for one gallon, and Walmart 2 gallons for $5.00. Target is not any better, they are worse than Cub and Walmart. I will never shop at Cub again, they need to change their ways or business will collapse and a lot of food will go to the dump.

I made my last purchase at cub on Friday. I purchased a veggie tray, a fruit platter and a 3lb tube of hamburger for my daughters birthday party. ALL WERE ROTTEN! All had a use by date of 10/16 or later. This has happened to me a couple times before and at different locations. It was an awful experience and one that would make me call shenanigans on their "always fresh" policy. Looks like I'll be going to Rainbow from now on.

I have shopped Cub Foods in Plymouth, Mn. for many years and have not been disappointed. They are now re-organizing the whole store. I am sure if I continue my shopping there I will get used to the way they have set it up, but the bread aisle is beyond my understanding. When you enter the store most customers head to the right, 2nd row to the right is the bread aisle, now REALLY is this what a customer wants to place in the bottom of your cart ? I hardly think so ! Who in their right mind set this up! Today I said to one of the women walking around assisting confused customers about the bread aisle and her response was "put your bread in the child seat" I said so are you suppose to carry your purse all the while you are shopping ? Please check this out and let me know your reasoning ?

I am looking for an item called Ruby's Rockets. It is a no-sugar-added vegetable and fruit based ice pop for kids. I can find them at almost every store in CA, and have contacted the company. They suggested requesting it from my favorite store, which is CUB!! I shop at the CUB in Blaine -- just off Lexington Avenue. I love this store.

Can someone please comment on getting this item for me?
Thanks!
