Leave this cry baby in jail. He is not going to cooperate any more if he is out than if he is in. Just get this case over with, tired of seeing this creep in the news. Set him next to Petters and forget about him.

hell, no. it's a ploy so Denny can run for the border. he's even shiftier broke than stealing billions.

the lawyers can bring all the papers and crud to the jailhouse, it's been done before.

the judges finally have Denny's number, and it's 6-6-6. keep him under a rock while you have him there.

The sum to provide the accounting of is chump change and was recently spent within the last few months. That can't be that difficult if the only unresolved amount is $30K. Would be rather worried that the helicopter in the night could wisk ole DH to a Ralph THomas private jet to an island owned by RDO. No reason to risk flight if he can stay in jail and take a little more time to handle the details.

On the other hand, if the insurance policies are outside of the reach of the trustee who overlooked them doesn't necessarily constitute a smoking gun to DH head and lock-up if there was a plea agreement covering the matter. DH clearly doesn't use his pea size brain and is a crook-- but it would be fun to watch the potential embarassment of the G-men and the judicial system given their past mishandling of the matter. It would be poop in the Chief Judge's food if the furlough amounts to the second great escape. Will DH get a lifeline?

Over and over again Denny has shown how shifty and devious he can be. This is just another ploy to sneak away. Do not let Denny cry wolf another time. As the saying goes "he made this bed now let him sleep in it."

This POS needs to sit in jail. Period. No more access to undisclosed assets and no chance to run. What the heck is holding up the sentancing anyway. The guy coped a plea, all of his collegues have either been to trial and convicted or copped a plea.

Sentence the POS and get it over with. His lawyers can bring paperwork to jail for review.

There is no way this guy has anything close to the debt that he's on the hook for or he wouldn't have been ripping chrysler off in the first place. If they think they have a better chance of getting undisclosed assets by holding off on sentencing, their nuts. The guy doesn't have much left, he's cashing life insurance policies and raiding his kids trusts for cryin out loud.

Just lock'em up and be done. Those he screwed will never see their money, it's gone.

Denny does not have it in him to play by the rules. This little taste of incarceration has him crazed (with, or without his drugs). He will absolutely run for it.

The only intelligent and ethical thing that I saw is Toder saying that Mauzy should have to pay for all of this legal wrangling. It would be insane to think that we as tax payers should foot the bill for Mauzy [who started all of this] to collect $55k.

Please Judge Davis, tell Denny he needs to get used to being controlled rather than being the puppet master he has been his whole life. Keep him and let us all move on with our lives.

You can't find receipt for money Hecker was trying to HIDE for AG and BK courts. Remember, Hecker as a part of his conditions of release was to provide the court with his expenses for the past year.

Hecker devised this plan from the beginning in 2008. Hecker never compiled fully with any court order. What will change if you allow him a furlow.

More Bull from the Con Man Hecker. Put him on Con Air and be rid of him.

He is a danger to society and himself and is a flight risk, considering all his long time "friends" have private jets.

Hecker needs to be exactly where he is, otherwise we'll never see him or Chrusti again.

I believe Petters lawyers filed the similar motion, stating it was a hardship on his attorneys. Too bad.

Judge Davis stay on course with Hecker.

If they let him out then there will need to be another accounting for the fraud he commits this time. Hecker seems to be constitutionally incapable of honesty, and there is no reason to give him another vacation in his multi-million dollar home while taxpayer's pay for his attorney.

This reminds me of all those requests that Denny be allowed to go up to his Crosslake cabin while on house arrest. Denny is clearly on his back about getting him out of there, and it doesn't hurt to file the motion.

Is Denny Hecker a threat to public safety? NO is he a flight risk? YES. Must he be freed in order to "assist" in his defense? YOU MUST BE JOKING. For the big bucks that Mauzy is making, he can tote the records to jail and sit down with Denny to figure out a new obfuscation to try on the court. Bye, Bye Denny.

I can't help but wonder how many more assets are squirreled away. Cross Lake, Arizona, Medina, Colorado...

And I find it most interesting that there has been no mention of his other failed Hyundai dealership in Los Angeles, can't help but wonder what went on there. It is out of business and the LA BBB had given it a rating of "F" I believe. Hmmmm

I wonder if Denny has a "lock box" hidden somewhere? Maybe, his current girlfriend Christy Rowan would know. Denny looks much older in his recent photo. I feel very sorry for him. I think all Minnesoteans do.

Maybe Minnesota "teans"?? Do you mean clueless teens or Minnesota residents? I think it has to bee the teens because there are very few people in Minnesota that feel sorry for the dirt bag.
