One more time: Women, NEVER leave a baby alone with a "boyfriend." Especially if that "boyfriend" isn't the baby's father.(Lions, for instance, regularly kill unrelated cubs; guys are the same way. Immature young men have little patience for their own kids; they have none for kids to whom they're not related.) And he's confessed: What's the problem here? A bullet in the back of the head, a hole, and a sprinkling of quicklime: problem solved.

The murderer said the baby was fussy. Pioneer Press uses the alleged defendant's statement as a tag line to pull in readers. Was the baby fussy or was the alleged murderer distorting the truth and murdered an innocent child? Either way a fussy baby is no basis for death. Your title lends sympathy to the alleged murderer; because all fussy babies must die!

Which is true Pioneer Press? Why are you taking a side?

I raped her because her skirt suggested her desire for me to do so.

Your journalism is sub-par aand the stock photos are horrendus. Please stop trying to capture market share. Ever seen the burros' in TJ painted black and white to look like Zebras? That is your paper...

This is discomforting to kno that a man from the school that your are at graduated, from the same school you are going to graduate from did not have the coping skills to deal with the child that was in distress... this makes a person sad not even that it makes a person wonder what was going through this mans mind to do that to a poor child, it was said to me by a former student/ friend if a man was a real man he would (so call) kill a man, NOT a vulnerable child let alone one that is 16-months old!!!! Never in his right mind should someone EVER do this to a person!!

There is no excuse for the murder of a child who was just letting the adults know something was wrong with him. And no, I won't put myself there. I would never do such a thing whether the kid was fussy or not. You are either him or you know him. You should go to hell just for sticking up for a baby killer.

I work with children every day of my life and there is NO excuse for what this man did. But I do know that as awful as it is, we are in no position to judge him or talk about what we think should happen to him. Everyone, their actions, intentions, and what's in their hearts, will be judged by God someday. Let him who has never sinned cast the first stone.
I think right now we should be sending condolences and prayers to the family that lost a child and to the family dealing with the horrific thing that happened with their son.
