In a world increasingly hellbent on abandoning logic and the ensuing escalation of Obama madness, it is clearly time for the maximum celebration of the good old, always reliable Uncle Ted crowbar of logic.

Judged: 4 4 2 Most people here at Topix don't like Ted. Not me, he's my bloodbrother. You can watch him on the outdoor channel at 7:30 pm central time, Tuesday evenings. 'I Like Guns' song by Steve Lee: http://www.youtube.com/watch... |

Judged: 2 1 1 Last night, Ted hunted deer with a Kimber 1911 10mm. He took a doe with one shot, fifty yards. The Bucks can be a little tougher (I'm not a deer hunter). He carries a smaller 10mm (maybe a Glock). I don't know why he likes 10mm (a beefed-up .40S&W ??). He's a bigger person so he can carry a heavier load. It's rare to get to watch him hunt with a firearm. Both he and his wife will use a compound Bow (with Luminox 'tracer' arrows !!!). Everyone should watch his show to learn about ethics, hunting, and weapons ethics. He was taught by two (now deceased) experts. He always tries to get right in their face (and you know who I'm referring to). |

Judged: 3 2 1 He's more patriotic than the antigun nut that did serve. The antigun nut is unAmerican. The antigun nut is anti freedom. The antigun nut that did serve is a Nazi. |

Judged: 3 3 2 Excellent point. Everyone of these losers with the Smith & Wesson .44 keyboard who regards this freak as a hero or a leader should remember that he did NOT serve so that a man could take his place. |

Judged: 4 2 1 Just like Clinton and numerous children of privilege. Of course, you won't call them out because many are your heroes, eh moron? |
|
|
Judged: 2 2 2 I won't call them out because THEY are not the subject of this threads, sheep dip. Try and pay attention. If teddy wants to talk tough, he needs to answer for his cowardice during Vietnam. Shooting deer just doesn't get it. |

--Comment by Vincent Shaw Flack. Good man! But maybe he would like to hear the history, seeing that an ounce of history is worth a hundred pounds of logic. I must be brief here but the so called security article of Magna Carta, whose eight hundredth anniversary is coming up, commands the people to revolt and distress and distrain the slaves of the King in case he breaks the other articles of the Charter. Arms are not mentioned, but the idea is that the security of freedom depends on the right to revolt. Civil war is not, as Locke later thought, outside the constitution, but part of it. This is the heritage we have from our English forefathers. Parliament has since repealed all the articles of the Charter. King and Parliament were moving that way in 76. |

Judged: 1 1 1 Oh? So he needs "your" permission to speak on the subject of guns & freedom? Why is that, putz? Did you give Springsteen a hard time when he put out "Born in the USA"? |

Judged: 1 1 1 He didn' and neither did the ENTIRE BUSH cabinet and nor did Clinton. But ya see here's where teddy gets the medal of cowardly honor....he BOASTED no less to urinating and defecating his jockeys for an entire week to avoid serving. I personally don't know of either a DEM or REP that can match that heroic feat |

Judged: 3 1 1 Springsteen? He's not the subject of this thread either. It's not a buffet- And Jimmy Buffets war record (or lack there of) is not the issue either, so, try and order off the menu here. Teddy pooped in his pants to avoid serving his country in Vietnam. Now he wants to talk tough and *patriotic* just like you. Real men died in Vietnam so that he- and you- could have that right. You wanna back a dog like that? That dog has no balls. |

Judged: 2 1 1 Thank God we live in America where our Founding Fathers saw the need for each of us to be able to put food on the table and to protect ourselves; from our own government if need be. |

So, someone's past sin, invalidate them from speaking on the subject years later?
Example, MADD shouldn't have repentant drunk drivers speak at conventions... Obama confessed past drug use, he should not speak out on drugs... right? |

Judged: 2 2 1 They (you dirty nazis) opposed Imperialism. The Vietnamese, under Ho Chi Minh, fought a revolution just like America's, to free themselves from their imperialists (first the French, and then the U.S.). Fking Ron Kovic ! The 1954 Dien Binh Phu was the Viet Minh Concord Bridge, the British Yorktown. 60,000 Americans died in S.E. Asia "to end the spread of communism". Today, Kovic, VietNam is all communist. WTF !! Ah, excuse me, who were the U.S. imperialists ? Was it the British ? Yea, I think it was. So combat service in Vietnam is nothing to be proud of, mostly a badge of stupidity. Only America is entitled to a freedom revolution ? Ron Kovic (Nazi) how many innocent Vietnamese patriots (Minutmen) did you murder ? Were you there at My Lai ? Did you shoot seniors, kids, females ? Try coming to my home turf and impose your bullshit, and see what I do to you, Nazi. |
