FBI arrests Elk Grove cop on mortgage-related felonies

The FBI agents have arrested an Elk Grove police officer on suspicion of several felonies related to mortgage-related financial transactions.

He's a cop, he will get off or get little sentence. Look what Jason March got after killing a boy, look at kearsing after his killings and beatings.

What about the mortgage companies that helped with the loans?
How did he manage to lie about his income?

That's not difficult, they use a "stated income" loan. The lender writes a loan based solely on the declaration of the borrower with regard to their income. There is no verification process, the borrowers income, as it pertains to the loan is determined by what the borrower says it is.

Where can I go to get one of these kinds of loans? Every place I talk to wants me to prove all of my information.

It's led to a lot of foreclosures in all of our neighborhoods. Lots of empty houses because of corrupt mortgage companies getting loans for people that could not afford them. They should be held responsible to.
