More women should be fat shamed, too!

Well done this mother for showing all women that they don't have to be fat lazy slobs but can get back in shape after childbirth.

Hmm, why just women? Why isn't the government, surgeon general, running programs in our schools and work places to teach people about healthy foods and the daily exercises? We are spending billions on health care and have some of the most obese people on the planet. I know!! I was one of them until I decided to do something about it. I have been losing a pound a day with little to no effort at all. 88 pounds in 90 days with 45 minutes of brisk walking exercise and a 90% "natural diet" of 90% fresh veggies & fruits and 10% lean non-processed chicken & fish meats.

I no longer have diabetes, my blood pressure has resided, my angina in the heart has ended. my varicose veins are disappearing, I am walking 2 miles a day, and I need a new wardrobe. It is easy to do, just do it. Get off the junk foods, drink water, eat healthy. I was at 300 pounds, I am down to 212, and headed for 165. I am 67 and feel 30 again.

Don't worry Michelle is teaching kids how to eat. The problem is what the Government teaches is outdated and half the stuff is bogus. I agree it's not that hard to figure out, they push grains and people that lose weight know to stay away from bread. Glad to hear about you, keep it up! WAy too many people are getting the gastric surgery.
