Pissed off customer

If you buy anything from them and want to return it you will either get an exchange or stuck with a 20% restocking fee even if it is their fault. They sent me the wrong part and now they are pocketing 20% out of it. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. I tried calling them and they use circular logic and keep hanging up on me. AVOID HOWELL AUTOMOTIVE LIKE THE PLAGUE.

They screw up your orders and then pretend like its your fault!
