I believe Two Ton may have been a guy named David Staggs. He went to prison on a murder charge but later got his sentence over turned on a technicality.

Baby sitter charged with killing children
ELK CITY, Okla.(AP) A teenager
was charged with first-degree
murder Tuesday in the shooting
deaths of two toddlers he was babysitting,
authorities said.
Robert James Ward, 16, is scheduled
to appear in Beckham County
District Court, said Assistant District
Attorney Charles Williams. Ward was
charged with two counts, he said.
Ward has been held in the Beckham
County Jail since his arrest shortly
after the shootings Friday.
He also is accused of shooting his
father and pointing weapons at the
parents of the children, said Elk City
Police Detective Arden Dorney. The
father, unidentified by police, was
recuperating from surgery at Elk
City Community Hospital after being
shot once in the torso, Dorney said.
Williams said other charges may be
filed against Ward.
On Monday, the mother of the slain
toddlers sang "Jesus Loves the Little
Children" and their father read one
of their favorite stories during a
memorial service.
About 125 people attended the
service for 4-year-old William Ryan
Henslee and his 19-month-old sister,
Crysta LaShawn.
"Before I sing, let me say this
moment is not sad. These children
are with God and they're so happy,"
Edwina Henslee said.
Monnie Henslee, an oilfield service
company worker, read the story,
"The Big, Hungry Bear" to the
mourners.
Dorney said interviews with the
parents and neighbors revealed there
was nothing unusual about the teenager's
behavior before the children's
deaths.
The Henslees, who moved here
from New Mexico two years ago,
lived in an area of handsome brick
homes built southwest of the town
about five years ago. The youth, who
lived across the street, had mowed
the Henslee's lawn and watched their
children before, Dorney said.

My Father lived next door to Robert when this happened. The Hensleevhouse was just across the street from us. Supposedly(story I was told then), Valentine's date for the couple, children were praying and Robert was speaking nonsense of Dungeons and Dragons. He must have been jacked up on meth or something. He murdered the children as they prayed. Out of character for the Robert I knew. They should never let him out

I don't think they ever will. I heard that his prison record is not to good. Also the Henslees live in new Mexico now and had more children.

I know about this story because I know the Henslee's adopted sons. I always heard stories about this family's tragedy but just looked it up a few days ago.
Who is Rick Black Stone? Richard Rogem?
Isn't the murderer's name Robert James Ward?
This story is such a tragedy, since I have read about it, I have kept Mrs. Henslee in prayer. She taught at the school I attended.

Those two guys were involved in other murder cases. Yes Robert Ward is the one that killed the Henslee children. Was Ms. Henslee a teacher here when that happened?

Look up the murder that happened in Cheyenne it's been several years ago. Luela wright I think that's how you spell it. They never found the person or persons b/c Cheyenne sheriffs dept. screwed up the crime scene before FBI got there. That's what I heard. Investigate that.
