Everything I have seen here is helpful so far. Well almost everything. You are funny GoGo Power Ranger. I will inform him of the sugar free dessert issue because that can be a big one. I know a lot of people want to enjoy dessert after their meal and if they can't eat sugar there should be something for them too. About the it could be a little cleaner comment what part exactly do you mean? Floors, bathroom, tables anything specific or just everything in general? About the salt issue the servers are not entitled to clean up after customers children until after they leave however if you had asked I know any one of them would have done it. And Oh I saved yours specifically for last because that is a huge deal. Do you know who told you you were wrong???? If you do not know their name give me the best description you can. You are right windex and any other cleaner should NEVER be sprayed around someones food. Was this at the buffet bar? As for carrying the food back and pretending they changed it that is messed up and I assure you my husband will fix that. He likes to keep fresh food out and also to keep everything full. I know since he has been a manager there things have improved but there is always room for more improvement. Please everyone keep me updated on any likes or dislikes. and Oh message me any of that info you can okay? Thank you everyone.
Yes it was at the buffet bar. They were cleaning the sneeze guard. While I understand the sneeze guard needs to be cleaned, it should be done when no food is out. It was a dark-haired girl, maybe around 5'3"-5'5"? She didn't technically call me wrong, just that it was fine to do that, and that's how it was normally done. I'm not sayin that's what y'all normally do, but she seemed to think it was. On the offhand it is, I haven't been back.

This is why it's pointless to ask anyone for their opinion in order to better something. People in general are stupid and there is no such thing as an intelligent conversation anymore. You're better off just making the changes according to ur own judgements and then watch all of the dumb asses follow anyway because nobody knows how to be a leader today.

I agree with this comment. I would suggest comment cards or a suggestion box but then you would have to weed out the real concerns from the stupid comments also

You can always tell who has worked for the public and who hasn't. If your kid spilled salt every where sweep in off onto a plate and ask the waitress to take it. It's not that big of deal. And a lot of restaurants charge extra for a salad. Why is this such a deal breaker?

I've never seen such an unprofessional wait staff.
Apparently you need to work on your child's behavior. I'd be embarrassed to be in public with kids like that.

I would think a little parental control would need to be in place. If you would not allow your children to act indoors like they act outdoors then perhaps the salt incident would not have happened. You cannot blame the wait staff because you cannot control your children.

Well if you know they are not well behaved enough to go into a sit down place, then you walked right into your dilemma. If you had asked the waitress to wipe the table and she didn't, then it becomes a waitress issue. Anytime I ever ask my wait staff to wipe my table, they do. But of course, if you were not nice to them they may have not been so eager to help. I'm just playing out scenarios, I don't know how nice or not you were. I'm just saying.

Marcy, are you and your husband selling meth out of Western Sizzlin like you were at the Rockin S in Cheyenne? I saw you working at Sonic a few months ago, they must not check criminal histories on their employees. At least they could search oscn.
Okay I don't know who you are but 1. Ron had nothing to do with anything I was arrested for. Ron never even knew what was going on. 2. I was NEVER selling meth out of my restaurant. That statement was a lie. I have never sold it in my life. I WAS a user and I am now recovering. I have been clean for 3 years and 8 and a half months. 3. I made a mistake and if you try to say you have never made a mistake in your life you are a liar. As for working at Sonic no they give their employees a chance. I don't know why you would come on here and honestly try to make trouble for me when I have been working so hard to make things right, and honestly I am going to forgive you for your cruelty because that is what my God would want me to do. I just hope that you can see the error of your ways and ask Him to forgive you too. God Bless You.

May I ask you a question? I would like for you to read the comment that you yourself posted and then think about why this mess was so big? I have no intention of insulting you or anybody else but I have owned a restaurant and I know how much work is required of a waitress. I myself clean up after my own children when I take them out if they make a mess such as you are talking about. If you allow your children to make this kind of mess the respectful thing to do would be to help clean up some of it and control them. I don't know if you have ever been a waitress but they don't exactly make a lot of money for all the work that they do. The typical waitress gets paid around 2.15 an hour plus their tips and on slow nights or when the customers are poor tippers they make very little tips for a lot more work than it may appear. Yes cleaning up a table AFTER customers leaves and making sure dirty dishes are cleaned up and drinks are refilled and customers are satisfied that is their job. Like I said in a earlier comment they are not entitled to clean that mess up until you leave unless you ask them to before. How is the waitstaff to know that if you allowed the kids to make that mess that you won't let them make another one right after they clean that one up? You can not expect them to just stand at your table cleaning up every mess a kid makes they are not maids or butlers they are waitresses who have other customers too. All I am saying is you just had to ask her to clean it up and she would have done it.

I understand these kids were not "yours" but they were family. Were their parents there? If not then it was your responsibility to keep them in line and if the parents were there then they should do so. When I take my nieces and nephews out and they do something they shouldn't they stop when I tell them too. The point is if you are the adult then you should act like one. Did you tell them not to do it? Did another adult tell them not to? Or did you sit there and let them do it because "oh it is okay someone else will clean it up"? Do you allow them to act like this at your home because you are too afraid to control them? Having children or taking them out somewhere is a responsibility of the person who has them or takes them out. Just saying here. Once again no disrespect or anything but geez are you serious?

It's people like u that gave elk city the nick name elk shitty

For one most companies do not search OSCN. They would do a background check. So you think that people who have a past don't deserve a second chance. One mess up and then they won't be able to provide for their families.
Two all of that happened in 2008. Do you need to be reminded that it is 2012. People really do change.
Tell me what has happened to you to make you think that being so cruel is ok?? If you are so perfect that you can call someone else out how about you tell the rest of the world who you are so we can search you and publicize your dirty little secrets!!!

I live in Cheyenne so I was a customer of yours then and my family goes to WS to eat quiet often. I say good for you for getting clean and going on. At least you have a job and are trying to contribute to your family. There are a ton of people in our area who are users, and even when they hit rock bottom and get caught, they aren't able to pull out of the lifestyle and move up. So you are doing better than a lot of others around here. We enjoy going to WS to eat. We have never had an issue with hot food being cold or gross. The guys that bring the food out to the buffet are always friendly and keep things clean. We have never had a bad waitress there and we eat there 2-4 times a month. Maybe some suggestions on the sneeze guard and contaminating food with spray- switch to using a white vinegar/water mix instead of Windex type product. It naturally kills germs and cleans glass very well. Or just have them spray the cleaner on to the cloth when they clean instead of on the glass? Just suggestions.
