I'm just one person and I have been given the wrong patient prescription, "the" wrong drug....they have claimed on several occasions claim they "never" got the prescription from the doctor....when infact you were right there both when the doctor himself called or sent it through the computer link and gotten confirmation it went through. Several times I have scanned my prescription bottle with the Walgreens app for a valid refill...rec'vd confirmation....only to drive to town several hours later to be told they never got it. The first couple of errors were made by a pharmacy employee who still works there. What is up with the rest of their system? Is it electronic or human failure? Either way...I have had enough! And if I one person keeps having these issues...I know I'm not the only one!!!! Not to mention the pharmacy staff hates the drive through window. It's not our faults you are understaffed! That's a poor excuse for being rude! There are a couple of really great people who do work there...how sad there are the "other" bad apples that have poor attitudes that make it harder for them. If you have your insurance through.... Apache...you are NOT stuck anymore having to just use Walgreens!!!!!! Member services says we can use ANY of the pharmacies in town!!!!! I'm taking my business elsewhere!!!

Grandview pharmacy is a great place to go. They have a drive thru and are very friendly.

IF I want to go to a Walgreen's I go in OKC. I've stood in line at this one for the last time! Any Walgreen's in OKC beats this one! You ought advise the Corporate Site of your concers. If no one complains nothing has a chance of getting fixed!

I work at Grandview pharmacy and we do have a drive thru and honor Walgreens and Walmart savings! The longest most people have to wait is like 20 mins on a busy day or if there is something wrong with insurance.

Grandview Pharmacy has amazing customer service! Everyone knows who you are and the pharmacist is so helpful! I went to Walgreens for years but switched bc of customer service! Grand view has drive up window and the longest I have ever waited is 20 minutes if that and they will get over the counter if need be! You won't be disappointed if you make the switch!

Spend your money with locally owned pharmacies. Coby at grand view, Gina at Paul jones, Suzanne at Keyes donate lots of money to local charities and schools. They support our community. I know each of these people and they all do more individually for area charities than a huge corporation like Walmart or Walgreens. They make their money here, they spend it here.
