This man has severe mental illness. This was well known by many in this town. Too bad he was unable to get the help he needed prior to this.

There is no help for Mental illness.
I know one guy that tried to kill himself because of financial woes, he ended up in the hospital ....the cruel joke was, they handed him a 50K+ bill as he left the hospital!

Fact is...nobody really gives a crap, that's why unemployment for returning Iraqi vets is 15%.

The really disturbing thing in all of this is...the only person thinking about the welfare of vets is a crazy person!
