Do defense attorneys do drugs? This one must because he thinks his client will be acquitted and get his job back!!!
This 'prsion guard' is a public employee and his actions, road rage/obscenities, automatically disqualify him from serving the public. What's he going to do if a prisioner gets smart at YCP, blow his head off or beat him up? This guy has no business being a guard and his attorney needs to stop doing drugs and get a grip on reality.

Enck sounds like the typical York County back-roads got my driver's license in the PennDOT gumball machine I drive a big pick-up truck and bully everyone else with my car TRASH! If he wasn't on his ass he wouldn't have hit him to begin with it. That's what you get for your road rage! I hope you are sued for this man's lost wages.

Also, who's going to believe that there was NO traffic to stop for at around 3:30 PM in York on Sunday on Route 30!
