I thought about having Pools Plus install a pool for me? Has everyone had good experiences with them. It will have to be done while I am at work, do the workers seem honest?

I would look around before you jump in with them. I had a pool put up 4 years ago and started having problems about 1 year after that. I called and told them what was going on and was told not to be too rough. I was shocked by the answer i got. It took a couple of weeks and i threw a fit about it. A guy came out and looked at it and informed me that the pool wasn't put up right. The guy that came out was nice and took his time to look at my pool. They took care of it and things are good now. I feel that they are a little high in prices.

I think their prices are ridiculous and the owners are incredibly rude!

I had Pools Plus install an inground pool for me about a month ago. They did an exceptional job!! The kidney shape of the pool is neat and the stonework around the edges is beautiful. The men that did the work were very outgoing, polite and hard workers. I recommend Pools Plus to my friends and family.

I had mine installed last year.No problems or complaints.

I would get Skipper to service it though.

Pools Plus doesn't install above ground pools they subcontract that out through a different company. So if your pool was an above ground it was not put up by them but by the installers that they recommend. They only sell the pools. I just purchased a pool through them and I shopped Watson's and a few others and they were competitive in pricing but their sales guys were really nice and informative and I felt no pressure what so ever from them. I would recommend them.

Expensive is not even the word!!! Greed is what I think! Talked to other companies and installers, 10-20K cheaper with just as good quality and service.

How many pools have you had installed? And by how many different companies,to know the quality and service of every company? You can give your opinion on here, but at least stop first to think about how stupid you sound.

They put in a pool for me 10 years ago and the installer totally screwed it up. It collapsed the next day. They would not fix the problem until I threatened to sue. Only then were they ready to make nice. That Linda is a real witch. She said I needed to make a claim to my homeowners insurance.
Also, I went in recently to replace my pool pump and their price was MORE THAN DOUBLE THAN WATSON'S.
Needless to say I bought it at Watson's.

you guys have to think every place of bussiness will have good and bad comments. pools plus doesnt install above ground pools! there sales team is the most friendly and smart staff in town. i bought my pool form them last year and the salesman went above and beyond his job and still shop there weekly for our suppies. If you have any question go in there and ask for the tall guy i think his name eric

While I use Skipper for my service I have to say pools plus guys have been great.They did everything they said they would do when installing my inground pool last year.

also,they were about 1500 higher than poolsn more but got the job finished about 6 weeks sooner than a neighbor and they started the same time.

I would also check out backyard fun. They are a small but very replicable company. They are cpmpetitive in prices, stand behind their work, very honest and do very exceptional work. I would recomend them for all your pool needs they also very good with maintaing and servicing your pool

We purchased a pool from Pool Plus a couple of years ago. The owners were absolutely the rudest people I know. The guys that they sub contracted to install the pool were extremely nice. Maybe the Butler's need to take some good manner's classes.
