Why are the cops pulling everyone over on the south end of e.town.Every time i go out to the store their pulling someone over. And they let them go then here comes the blue lights on again and someone else is getting pulled over.I was pulled over two times in 10 minutes one night for my brake light not working,i didn't know they were out and the parts store was closed and before i was able to get home the city police pulled me over again.Instead of radioing to the other officer that everything checked out,he made me show him everthing again.I was just wanting to know if others are going through this to.

Because it is all about probability and outcome. If they pull over X amount of people, z amount will have an issue (DUI, outstanding warrant, etc). They (e-town cops) are sleezebags. The people of etown need to stand up and stop the harassment. We are the employer!!!

I see many they should pull over but never are around! Too many nuts out there driving those little invincible suv's that they think they can whip in and out of traffic. They speed and get away with it. They pull out in front of you with no regard. Construction? That just brings on a challenge to the idiots thinking they are in a video game. No wonder insurance is so high.

Mini vans...we should lock em all up. Put the kids with social servies, charge parents money they can't afford, and lock em up so they loose their awful jobs. Yeah, that's what I call serving the people. BTW I am making my arrest quotas....that is what I care about.

See at least the etown cop lets you know all he cares about....got to make that money for the city and your sarcasm don't change what we already knew. This is the most crooked police town I have ever lived in and they violate your rights on a DAILY basis. They will kick your door in just to look for someone who missed court over a ticket whether they know if that person lives there or not. They think they run this town. I can't wait for the day the dept gets sued.

Jack,do you think it's right to be pulled over for no reason? All the cops are going to say that we all did something to be pulled over for. They want to just be pulling someone over all the time on the end were the jail is at.Jack, how would you feel if it was your wife or your daughter being pulled?Let's stop the city cops for pulling good hard working people over for no reason, and we all need to realize this can be your family then you would be mad.My wife is afraid of going to the dollar store any more, cause of the POLICE!!!!!!!!!!and that's not right. They hire these little young ones that want's to make a name for theirsefs. The cheif needs to put a stop to it.

Don't break the law and you won't have any problems. If you get pulled over, consider it as at least they are doing the job nobody else can do.

have witnessed two wrecks that almost happened in high traffic areas because of an idiot driver and NO cops in sight. seriously, lane changing, swerving in and out, speeding in high volume traffic doens't seem to be an issue and yet very dangerous and nothing the safe driver can do. blow your horn loud when you witness idiots and call attention to them from other drivers. that's about the only defense a normal person can do is call attention to the idiot.

"Probable cause" has been used as the excuse to pull people over. When they do, it gives tem the chance to find other problems that can lead to an arrest. Thst is wrong and against the law. They profile people, use "probable cause" and wham...another arrest.
