Ate in this place my first and last time. We go in and get handed a pager along with other people and had to wait to be seated. Why does this happen when the place is not full and there are lots of empty tables and booths that are ready and already cleaned? Very poor management and training of employees. Food was decent not great and the service was very bad. Waiter took our order and we never saw him again until we asked for our check. Don't know who owns this place but you need to find you a manager quick. I wondered why the parking lot became less crowded so soon at this new place. Now I know!

Also too pricey compare to other steak houses, and steak wasn't cooked right.

There is always a learning curve for a new restaurant. Give it time; it will improve.

I guess we didn't know we were supposed to text our waiter when our drinks were empty. I wondered why we couldn't even see him to get his attention either. It all makes sense now. Not!!!

Me and my wife went there n ate Saturday. 2nd best steak I've ever had, 1st was Omaha steakhouse. Service was great and very informative. The appetizers were a little pricy but they were large portions... I'll be going back

Not only that apparently they dont drug test either because there is a meth head bartender named alicia there who smokes meth around her three kids.

Here we go again. If I knew of a parent doing meth around their kids I would be calling social services instead of running my mouth on here. This is a classic case where adults outside the house must look out for the children's interest. If they are spending their money on meth and not taking care of the kids then you are morally obligated to do the right thing. How will you live with yourself if you do nothing and something happens to them?

Social Services have been called but without phyical proof its hard to show. If you know her or have been around her you would figure it out.

For this part of your post, I also experienced this.

And both times I went there, there was no cold water coming
out of the restroom faucets in the men's restroom. The hot water
burned my hands. The manager told me that the health department
had told them about some restriction, etc. that the restaurant had involving the water temperature. Anyway, it should be more of a cost to the restaurant to heat the water for the restrooms.
I contacted the health department, but they didn't contact me back. The second time I went there, there was only the very hot water again for the sink faucets in the restroom.

I am not in any hurry to go back a third time, because a
restaurant manager won't do some quick fix for a problem that
causes burns to customers.

I really had not frequented LH but maybe once before this one came to E'town. I have been pleased with menus choices for both lunch and dinner here -- four times? I ordered a rib-eye in L-ville this past Saturday at LH - Taylorsville Rd. I prefer angus; the quality of the rib-eye was disappointing. My bill BEFORE tip was $22.00+ Going back to our local, I have decided no more rib-eyes.(medium but it was stringy/tough)? AND I try not to stew over normal occurrences that can happen at a restaurant -- some worse than others.

We ate there the food was great. LH is new 2 Etown, but not new, its known to b a pricer plc. If u have a problem, give feedback while u r there so it can b addressed n stead of whining on a fourm. Ask for Felicia or Tiffany theyre great waitresses.
