The court date has been changed to the middle of 2012. Unless those 2 crooks make a deal - the people who lost money probably never will recover because the money is gone but the 2 crooks Hawke and Humes should have to spend the rest of their scumy lives behind bars where they belong.

They are facing 40 years in jail and $500,000 fine. Whether they will serve any time in jail or not is to be determined. Hawke is 68 and wouldn't last in jail - Humes on the other hand is just 48 so he would last. Of course they say 40 years but in actuality it will probably be a lot less. They will go to some country club jail not one for hardened criminals. They are just scum not violent mf's.

Despite allegations Mr. Humes was not apart of the company when the scheme started. I was an investor with Mr. Humes back when the company had it's start. I invested by purchasing my vacation package with no promise of return or any connection with the scheme. I was satisfied with my purchase and its a sad thing that Mr. Humes is getting dragged into this because of Mr. Hawke.

Mr Humes was there from day one, and he KNEW the money would run out and catch up to them. Read his charges.

He knew very well what was going on. His wife was writing the checks to the "investors."
