But the solution to fixing our economy is for the federal government to take some more out of their take home pay. That extra something that probably goes to food, supplies, maybe a new appliance, or if they're really lucky a weekend trip out of town. Do you understand what that little extra they spend does? It creates jobs!!! It takes consumers to demand products and services to create jobs!! You see that little bit extra they keep, goes right back into the economy. Unlike the top percent who hoard their money, bouncing it from tax shelter to tax shelter, the lower half spends almost every dollar they make, not by choice, but out of survival. You ever notice how the economy booms when people get their refunds? Republican solution: take more from people who have nothing. Now how bout the elderly that have already paid their share of taxes, ungrateful, unmotivated freeloaders!

Here is how tax cuts could create jobs! Cut the taxes on the self employed who pay almost 30% in payroll tax alone. Then only offer businesses tax cuts based on the number of Americans they employ. Big corporations will get big tax cuts in relation to the percentage of their American worforce. For example if your workforce is 10% American your tax rate goes down 1%, 50% goes down 5%. That's of course just a simple math explanation but the point is, tax cuts that are intended to create jobs must be tied directly to the jobs they create.

The point that most Repubs miss is just how much wealth the rich have. It is hard to imagine but this may help. The Richest 400 people in the US have more wealth than ALL the bottom 150,000,000 (that's 150 million) Americans COMBINED.
