I don't understand why this town is holding fundraisers for a girl that overdosed on drugs and was an alacoholic!

Shows how many thier are in this town. And, she may have been a decent person. I never knew her, so I don't do the raisers, but she seemed to have lots if friends.

They are not doing fundraisers for her obviously they are doing them for her family who are hurting. They way she died doesn't lessen their greif! If anything it might be harder for them. They are well known and very liked people in the community that's why people want to help them it's called helping others

I never knew her well but every time I did run into her at Ol' Buddy's she was always willing to help me out with whatever I needed help with and she was a very sweet person. I don't think what a person does in their private life should be anyone's business nor should it inspire others to follow the same path. I'm sure her loss is very stressful on her family so the last thing they want to read is gossip and possible (notice I said POSSIBLE) slander about their daughter. Just let her rest in piece.

All the people that posted those heartless posts you all should be ashamed of yourselves, just like Cody said the fundraisers are for the family. And it shouldn't be any body's business what Kori was doing in her life, God decided it was her time and he took her. I feel real sorry for the cold-hearted people posting in this forum just remember & don't forget "Karma is a muthaf***er" and it does come back to haunt your a$$

ok,I do agree,it is sad for her parents and close family!!!

But.....Everyone knows that they could always get their goods from "her" or maybe just the company she kept?! You think? People posting their comments on "Keeping Kori Strong".....OMG!!!! Half of them are drug heads!! That retard Mike Claxton he's always been a no good for nothing crack-head, he use to beat the crap outta my friend Krista back in the day. Then you can see all the pics of everyone drinking and messed up. And it's NOT ALL E-TOWN SUPPORTING a dopper!!!!!
People should be getting tattoo's that say DRUGS KILL.
If this poor girls had true friends they should have gotten her some help!!!!

But the supporters are saying "Put on a hat and walk for Kori" and "Being strong for Kori" not "For Kori's Family." If it's for the family, say so. If you are idolizing a drug abuser who died as a result of that abuse, keep on doing what you are doing. Words mean what they mean, not what you think they really should mean.

I so agree with you!!!! TAKE HER OUT OF IT!!!! People thinks it's cool when you die from an overdose, but it's sad. I heard that it was kinda like weekend at Berine's at the Hotel Room, if ya know what I mean. Did any of her drunkin friends do CPR?

the "be strong for kori" and "walk for kori" were all sayings that were started *before* kori actually passed.
seriously though, it doesnt have to be clarified for people like you who are insensitive to her loved ones grief.
nobody is idolizing a drug abuser. kori passed away and people loved her regardless and care for her family. there is nothing wrong with that. and even if those things were done in honor of kori- i dont see anybody glorifying a drug user.

So what if she did drugs?. Not that you can even prove that. Unless one of you failtrolls somehow got a toxicology report or witnessed her do drugs.

Even if somehow doing drugs is "Morally wrong", even though you brain stems have less morals than Joseph Stalin, why blame the family?. I bet you far right lunatics would close down a hospital if they decided to care for somebody who was involved in a DUI without health insurance.

Somebody seriously needs to blow some common sense decency Marijuana smoke into your stuck up faces. If you could somehow manage to pull them out of your arses.

Roflmao. Care to enlighten me on what she did to you?. Let me take a shot in the dark and see that you're a Santorum supporter, and that somehow Lucifer smiles every time I take an aspirin.

Sell the Yukon, all her drugs she left behind, oh yea why didn't they fly the flag at half mast like they did for the other "well liked'" druggie, Ms Whitney Houaton? She was over 18 her parents are not responsible for her bills she is gone.

I agree just leave this family alone. I don't even know her or her family. But damn why are you people worried about her bills in the first place. Sounds like a bunch of jealous people. If her friends want to have fund raisers for her that's their buisness. You don't have to give, nobody is asking you too.
