Anybody out there having trouble with Comcast. They seem to be the worst cable supplier. Just left there they practically called me a liar when I asked about a special from COMCAST I got in the mail. They want proof. So I have dug it out of the trash. They are the most rudest people in customer service "Have a blessed day" the one says every time your in there, then turns around and says something about the person that just left. If you go in and pay just listen.
Asked if we get credit for when the HD is out you know "This channel will be available shortly" they say they didn't have outages and didn't know what I was talkin about.
I ENCOURAGE EVERYONE TO KEEP TRACK OF SERVICE YOU ARE PAYING FOR AND NOT GETTING, Call and call again and demand you want what you pay for. Hell they will cut you off for 5 dollars.
I am getting a petition up in my apartment building to get the landlord to let Brandenburg wire up.
Your thoughts. p.s. I pay my bill in full every month.

Brandenburg is nowhere near as good as Comcast, and you will regret switching. I have had both and at first Brandenburg was really cool, but Comcast has upgraded and added and Brandenburg has not. If you really want to switch for better you need to go to one of the satellite providers, but they too will have plenty of things that you don't like.

I used to have Comcast and they SUCK they were the only company so they treated customers like crap. I switched to Brandenburg as soon as they cam to my area. They are great you will be much much much happier.

Yes you will be happy when you leave COMCAST they are the most rudest people in business I have ever met. Yes I have heard "Have a blessed Day" and the woman turned right around and said yea on who's dime.
They SUCK I had outage last night and called them today they said there was none my neighbor down the street had outage, they are crooks

yea my bill was like 40 dollars over and noone could explain why.....had a 160 dollar cable bill!!!!!!!!

Yes, I have to say they suck. I've had nothing but problems out of them since the day I got the cable. And what pisses me off is they never do anything about the problem. They were surpose to come to my house on Wednesday between 1 and 5 but no one ever showed up and it's still fucked up even my Internet sucks. But they don't mind to shut it off if your late paying the bill.

Brandenburg's service is better there is no doubt, but the quality is not. Comcast has better HD, internet, and they offer "on demand" which is awesome!

They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They know they can get by with it because you need what they have. I hate dealing with them. I have never had Brandenburg, but if their customer service is decent it would have to be an improvement.

It must be a learning thing they have to do LEARN HOW TO BE RUDE 101 second class HOW TO LIE TO THE PUBLIC 101 and if all else fails they see if you owe them a dime a TERMINATE you forever. COMCAST SUCKS

They have terrible service, my cable used to go out in the middle of the day for no reason. Brandenburg isn't any better. I know people who had them and there remote quit working constatly. I have Dish network now an am very happy. Only thing I don't like is you have to pay extra for each reciever you have. Still beats the hell out of Comcast!

here we go again went to watch a HD channel "this service will be available shortly" Called the 800 for trouble they arent any better than the office people. I agree KEEP TRACK OF ALL DOWN TIME DATE CHANNEL HOW LONG demand refund I am if if not I am going to the FCC

I know what you mean last night went to watch channel 117 not working called the company put on hold 37 min hung up thank the lord for free weekends thanks [email protected] I am also keeping track. If everyone keeps track and on Sept 1 everyone goes to comcast and give them your info maybe just maybe we can get credit or wake these dumb asses up and get REAL PEOPLE in there to help.

Doubt it Comcast is such a terrible company. They already have your by the balls so to speak. It is unfortunate that you don't have the right to chose your cable provider. Yea in town you may be able to chose Brandenburg, but out in the county your screwed.

that is what I was saying earlier. When they were not in my neighborhood yet I had to have Comcast and as long as your in a place where Brandenburg has not been able to provide service yet then YES Sir Comcast will treat you like Crap. Talk to your local representative. Maybe they can help also if Comcast would hire more people for service seems like they have plenty of people to go to my neighborhood and promise me the moon to switch back to them NO DAMN WAY. maybe they should make sure that they are able to take care of thier exisisting customers BEFORE they try recruiting more

Who Cares if they own this insight, then maybe they need to take something from them. Because I have seen people with insight and there service isn't close to as terrible as it is in this area. So maybe they need to look at how they operate in other areas and fix the BS!!!
