Also if there wasn'tas much control can you imagine what our town would look like? The regulations are there for a reason and it keeps our city looking as nice as possible.
why dont you change your name to "big government girl" it suits you better.
do you have any concept of property owner rights? or do you expect the government to wipe you and your neighboors a$$ for you? if my neighboor builds a 5 story chicken coop i wouldnt like it,but he paid for it, he owns it...he can do what he wants with it!
what you are witnessing on this thread is citizens growing tired of bureaucracy!
btw, you told me, "governor bershear has turned the economy of this state around". i responded, and told you that was a "projected budget". you never responded back? perhaps you are a government bureaucrat on the payroll? idk?

Chris Huntzinger, did you know about a Scandal in Rineyville having to do with the septic systems in LaVista tied to a BRAC Waste Water Project in Rineyville?
I KNOW you do and did.
Tim Hinson knows for sure that Chris Huntzinger knew of a little scandal called "BRAC Rineyville Waste Water." Mr. Huntzinger, what do you think Rineyville and LaVista Estates should do when faced with forced taps, installation costs, fees, and forced leins on their properties for not hooking to county sewer?

Mr. Huntzinger what of the potential dips to certain banks stockholder shares?

This is going to a County Wide Problem, you think?

That is if BRAC Rineyville happens, and if it doesn't happen, is the County gonna let LaVista Estates Fort Knox Military men and women play in their own SH_T, because Hardin County is AFRAID of a little SCANDAL to put sewer to a subdivision that I KNOW that YOU KNOW needs it?

How many "VICTIMS" could be generated from this BRAC SCANDAL? Would you care to speculate?

I'll tell ya this one.... we have home owners all over this county with half finished homes that never had a final inspection. Years, YEARS LATER and those dumb asses still don't regulate that, there is no review of permits that even follows up on it to see if the contrsctor even got an inspection. And heres the kicker.... if one of those houses burn to the ground, the insurance wont pay if they find out it wasnt given an occupancy permit. But you better f'ckn believe if you try to build a playhouse in YOUR backyard those assholes will show up with a stop work notice, til you come give them your money for a permit to build it on YOUR property! Thats the important "job" they have ky girl!!! Its not to protect the homeowners from losing everything theyve got its to make sure their incentives are paid with those $40. permit fees for a damn playhouse or shed in YOUR own nackyard.

used to be that little midget would write letters galore to people who whinned and ratted on others. Why if you put a building too close to a property line, he would come running to measure it with a tape. it better be just right. 2 inches over and you move it. if you tried to report someone, it depended on who they were. the little weasel would pull papers out of his ass in order to "protect" some. i know this personally. just finally got fed up and it's easier to just take drugs and happy pills rather to battle weasel and crew. when you ask who is his 'boss' you never get an answer. no one controls him you can't go over his head. never have i seen an organization like this. worse than the health department or the electrial inspector.

I read that Hunsinger has his hands in a scandal or two. Chris you ARE gonna get called on this one. I believe Hardin County will witness many domino's beginning to fall. Oh yeah, the County will publish he or she retiring for one excuse or another, quitting for one excuse or another, transferring for one excuse or another, or resigning.

This SCANDAL will cause Hardin County Government to "Crumble" to some degree.

Wow i posted a question not quite 2 months ago and look where this forum has gone to. HC Planning and Zoneing is in the thick of County Corruption and the good people of this county want some of you corrupt officials out on their asses and off to the unemployment line or fitted for an ORANGE jump suit. I guess the good people of HC will help decide what is to become of the corrupt individuals in the coming future.

LaVista Estates is in Hardin County. Look to your left & right; see any junk cars? If not, you can come to my house a see junk trucks at neighbors yard, who is good buddies with Planning/Development Chris Hunsinger. That's why junk trucks remain.
All complaints are responded by the politicians reply: "Not my problem, call somebody else". I'm convinced that County Attorney Jenny Oldham only went to Law School that one day where that lesson as response was taught.
Is Bob Hall still HC Solid Waste Coordinator? If so, his office would be who you would make complaints to regarding the junk trucks. I have worked with Bob Hall in the past. You make your complaint to him and post here what transpires. If he doesn't look into it I WANT TO KNOW!!

You can have an athority that regulates junk yards and who builds sky scrappers, but if I want to build a 12x12 shed on MY property, I don't need to call you up after $40 bucks outa ny pocket for you to tell me if a hurricane comes through I need ties and posts in the ground 2 feet...... just to pay your ass another $40 bucks to come back for another inspection that neither should have ever been needed. IT'S MY DAMN PROPERTY!!!!

I think Pence Surveying knows the answer that he can't run his business out of a residential home. I guess when you are friends with C. Huntzinger you can do anything. Lie, cheat and whatever you want.

Pence needs to abide by the laws like everyone else. I pay my fees and so should he. Is he the kind of person you would trust anyway with your business????? I think not.

Now they're going to establish a preservation board to control what people do with their property. If it's old you have to go thru them. Surely not! Honestly, why don't I just live with whoever comes up with these idiot ideas and you feed and cloth me and I won't have to pay taxes to elect you to so you sit around and do idiot thinking.

We own 100 acres and picked a site to build a house on. They told us just because we own the property doesn't mean you can do what you want to with it. We have to be approved of a suitable site.It took nearly 3 months for them to come look at our place.
